A bit about you
As the Associate UX / UI designer for WeatherBug, you’ll play an essential role in creating new features and improving existing digital products to make them user-friendly and visually appealing. You’ll work collaboratively with our designers, product managers, developers, QA engineers, product marketers, account managers to discover, ideate, create and implement novel solutions for tens of millions of users globally. You will be in a close and all-star team to produce superior products to empower our users and their lovers with Weather Intelligence.

You will:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional partners to deliver quality shipments
  • Create solutions for mobile and website that meet user needs with direction and requirements
  • Create mobile banner ads, landing pages, and rich media for post-sales accounts for various industries
  • Prioritize and manage multitasks to meet project’s goal and schedule in a fast-paced environment
  • Leverage data and quick research to improve experience continuously

You are:

  • Organized - Priority and deliver timely work
  • User Oriented - Understand the context and intentions from users or clients
  • Collaborative - Take feedback and provide actionable feedback to improve the final deliverables

You have:

  • Design related diploma or degree, e.g. design, HCI or equivalent experience
  • 1+ years of working experience as a product designer or UI designer building Mobile and Web products
  • Comfortable with industry standard design tool sets, e.g. Adobe Suites (Photoshop, Illustrator mainly, AE is a plus ), Figma
  • Knowledge of usability, heuristics evaluation, Mobile and Web design guidelines
  • A online portfolio to present your digital work
