Key Responsibilities:

  1. Google/Sada Executive Assistant Issues
  2. White Glove Service Desk Executive Support
  3. Supporting PC/mobile devices/peripherals, to diagnose hardware/software/network issues through troubleshooting skills, research, and isolation steps.
  4. Contribute to providing quality service for Executive level support
  5. Coordinate entire support for the client from ticket initiation until resolution
  6. Provides a high level of customer service by executing methodologies and processes to improve call resolutions, manage expectations and develop strong and stable internal relationships
  7.  Assist the Events staff to define and prepare AV needs/requirements for all events
  8. Plan and coordinate live audio and video events
  9. Support multimedia, audio visual, and videoconferencing or VTC event operation
  10. Provide excellent customer service that includes communicating with end users by phone, in person and by email
  11. Assist end user’s with set-up for conferences, ensuring that all equipment is operable
  12. Monitor daily audio visual conference room schedule and contact the end users to determine their A/V requirements prior to each scheduled meeting
  13. Provide presentation support including importing and manipulating PowerPoint slides and supporting the capture, editing, publishing, and upload of final webcast and approved media
  14. Setup, operate, support, break-down and transport AV equipment
  15. Presence of mind with quick decision and resolution when technical problems arise especially during live production, cable, and internet streaming of all events
  16.  In depth knowledge of Crestron processing control, video router, audio DSP, wireless video conference system, wireless microphones, projectors, LCD monitors and audio conference units
  17. Inspect and maintain functionality/appearance of conference and board meeting rooms for quality assurance
  18. Identify any IT and network related issues and ask for IT support on timely manner
  19. Collaborate with organizational policy makers to establish and enforce proper AV practices and procedures
  20. Performs other duties as assigned.


  • Minimum 5 years’ experience across the range of responsibilities described above
  • Experience with Audio/Visual Systems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience or familiarity with the following technologies: 
    • Experience managing and supporting a GSuite environment 
    • Zoom Room Technologies
    • Cisco Phone Technologies
    • Service Now and JIRA Service Desk 
    • GSuite / O365 
    • Mac / Windows Operating Systems
    • AirWatch or other MDM tools
    • SCCM
    • PC imaging/ Image management
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
  • Ability to effectively prioritize and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and issue resolution
