Role Overview:

As a Product Manager on the Digital Program team, you will lead a cross-functional team focused on discovering and creating experiences that help members with diabetes build lasting, healthy habits as part of their weight loss and wellness journey, and extend value for our members to drive retention.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Own vision, goals, strategy, roadmaps and impact against your team’s mission
  • Partner within leadership and cross-functional teams to align on business priorities and strategies
  • Lead and inspire a team of experienced full-stack engineers, designers, QA testers, scrum master, analyst and researcher
  • Create and review user stories, product requirements, and communicate them effectively
  • Integrate qualitative and quantitative research, product analysis and market insights into product requirements, roadmaps and strategies
  • Manage bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make trade-offs, balance the business needs versus technical constraints, and maximize business benefit while building great customer experiences
  • Coordinate with other product managers and designers to ensure the cohesiveness of the overall user experience

Goals / Deliverables:


  • 5+ years of product development experience
  • Skilled in various quantitative and qualitative ways to unearth product opportunities and validate ideas (A/B testing, user testing, MVPs, competitive benchmarking, etc.)
  • Ability to communicate and socialize work with cross-functional teammates and business partners , presenting ideas and rationale, synthesizing impact,  findings and next steps
  • Experience managing and integrating third-party partner solutions.
  • Strong experience with data analysis, establishing metrics and proactive reporting on product impact
  • Excellent sense of empathy for end-users with sharp user experience sensibilities and appreciation for minimal interface design
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade offs, and evaluate opportunities with internal and external partners
  • Experience acting as product owner in an Agile environment
  • Bonus points for experience working on products in the food, wellness, or behavioral change space.
