Key Responsibilities:
*Supporting PC/mobile devices/peripherals, to diagnose hardware/software/network issues through
troubleshooting skills, research, and isolation steps.
*Contribute to providing quality service for Executive level support
*Coordinate entire support for the client from ticket initiation until resolution
*Provides a high level of customer service by executing methodologies and processes to improve call resolutions, manage expectations and develop strong and stable internal relationships
*Assist the Events staff to define and prepare AV needs/requirements for all events
*Plan and coordinate live audio and video events
*Support multimedia, audio visual, and videoconferencing or VTC event operation
*Provide excellent customer service that includes communicating with end users by phone, in person and by email
*Assist end user’s with set-up for conferences, ensuring that all equipment is operable
*Monitor daily audio visual conference room schedule and contact the end users to determine their A/V requirements prior to each scheduled meeting
*Provide presentation support including importing and manipulating PowerPoint slides and supporting the capture, editing, publishing, and upload of final webcast and approved media of WW International, Inc.
*Setup, operate, support, break-down and transport AV equipment
*Presence of mind with quick decision and resolution when technical problems arise especially during live production, cable, and internet streaming of all events
*In depth knowledge of Crestron processing control, video router, audio DSP, wireless video conference
system, wireless microphones, projectors, LCD monitors and audio conference units
*Inspect and maintain functionality/appearance of conference and board meeting rooms for quality assurance
*Identify any IT and network related issues and ask for IT support on timely manner
*Collaborate with organizational policy makers to establish and enforce proper AV practices and procedures
*Performs other duties as assigned. On/Off Boarding Process of users,Direct *Onsite Tier 1 & 2 Support, Mobile Device Management

Requirements:
*Minimum 5 years’ experience across the range of responsibilities described above
*Experience with Audio/Visual Systems
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills
*Experience or familiarity with the following technologies:
*Experience managing and supporting a GSuite environment
-Zoom Room Technologies
-Cisco Phone Technologies
-Service Now and JIRA Service Desk
-GSuite / O365
-Mac / Windows Operating Systems
-AirWatch or other MDM tools
-SCCM
-PC imaging/ Image management
*Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment
*Ability to effectively prioritize and drive root cause analysis (RCA) and issue resolution
