Account Manager - Management Liability

Our Management Liability team is looking for an Account Manager to join their collaborative and industrious team.  The ideal candidate is a great communicator, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Clear communication is key as you will be working with and building relationships with people across diverse disciplines. In addition, the candidate must be highly organized, confident, energetic and detail oriented.


What you’ll be doing

  • Effectively managing multiple clients and book of business with a focus on public and private D&O business
  • Applying market and risk management knowledge to client business model
  • Researching and resolving accounting and collection issues
  • Creating and executing marketing strategies
  • Processing, evaluating and preparing insurance proposals
  • Participating in client presentations and renewals


Experience & Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years brokerage or carrier experience
  • High school diploma, college degree preferred
  • Proficiency in Word, Windows, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Fire & Casualty license required upon hire or within 3 months of obtaining position
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Ability to travel as necessary
