We’re seeking a Design and Production Specialist who will be the first line of support to our sales and service teams and a key player in executing our content marketing plans. Using your strong visual design sense and technical aptitude, you’ll produce multimedia marketing and sales material. You’ll set up blogs, emails, and event landing pages, and keep our website up to date. You’ll be a point person for polishing up sales materials and triaging technical inquiries related to collateral and client reports. You’ll work with a team of writers and designers, and we’ll be relying on your talents in the areas described above to up our game.


What You’ll Do

  • Own the execution of on-brand assets including marketing emails, blogs, eGuides, sales sheets, event landing pages, and custom graphics so our audience can experience our expertise.
  • Serve as the primary contact for requests coming into the Marketing queue; respond to requests for design or text updates to marketing & sales assets and answer how-to questions about applications and processes.
  • Collaborate with salespeople and work on visual production and polishing of PowerPoint presentations, RFP responses, and client documents/tools.
  • Organize and maintain our asset libraries, manipulate and retouch images, maintain and build company branded templates.
  • Update website and intranet content
  • Be an astute and friendly liaison with various parts of the firm to get input on projects, bring your marketing insight, and complete projects on time and in line with Woodruff Sawyer brand standards.

Education & Qualifications

  • Four-year degree in Marketing, Business, Design or related field or 3-5 years equivalent experience in a corporate environment providing collateral creation services in a busy production environment.
  • Intermediate-level experience in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign. Excellent MS Office skills, in alignment with strong interpersonal skills to work directly with Sales team members when they need assistance.
  • Experience producing mechanicals from layout—e.g., arrange illustrations and text with strong design eye and attention to detail.


  • Excellent technology skills including working with video.
  • Direct experience with Pardot or other marketing automation tool; Unbounce and landing page optimization.
  • Aptitude for data visualization; turning statistics into a visual presentation/graphic.
  • Ability to proofread marketing copy or make small copy edits to optimize the asset being produced.
