Woodruff Sawyer is looking for a Sourcer to join our growing People Team. Reporting to the Director of Talent Acquisition, this role is critical to the success of the company as we enter a phase of high-growth and evolution. You’ll seek out and identify new talent, with an emphasis on sales roles, and support our business development and pipeline strategies.

You’ll thrive in this role if you are highly collaborative, organized, and excel at cultivating relationships over the long term. We’re looking for someone who cares about people and is passionate about hiring from a diverse range of backgrounds. Insurance industry experience and contacts are a huge plus, but not required.

What you’ll do

  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to identify position requirements and understand overarching business needs.
  • Seek out potential candidates by using LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter,, search engines, social channels and other effective recruiting tools.
  • Review applicant profiles and resumes and recommend qualified candidates for interviews.
  • Conduct initial informational calls and phone screens, as needed.
  • Proactively strategize and build talent pipeline for future openings.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with passive candidates and support with developing recruitment marketing campaigns to support with candidate pipelines.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of sourcing experience
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Prior experience with ATS and CRM
