About your role:

We are looking for an individual with experience of Digital Content management to support the implementation of a digital strategy for the program. The role will support the development of appropriate technology-based platforms for trainings, as well as offer solutions on monitoring and evaluation.

This role will work with a Program Coordinator in a small core team, to develop high-quality training content and support the delivery of the sessions using appropriate technology solutions. 

How your day will unfold:

  • Collaborate with other members of the Project Team to implement the Capacity Building Program
  • Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts to create effective and Action Learning based designs.
  • Ensure that the designs are translatable into learning deliverable within the allocated time frame and budget
  • Be aware of working on LMS, and authoring tools like the Articulate Suite, etc.
  • Leverage digital technologies and rapid prototyping tools to ensure quality learning deliverables.
  • Guide the Learning Resource Developers, Graphic Developers and Technology
  • Developers in creating the learning deliverables.
  • Coach the Learning Resource Developer and Graphic Designer to deliver first time quality.
  • Review and ensure the high standards of the learning deliverables.
  • Interact with the learners to add value to the learning programs.
  • Work with external vendors, when required, to translate learning designs to quality deliverables.
  • Help set up and attend pilots, and continuously improve the deliverables.
  • Support the Project Team to collect monitoring and evaluation data, to increase both effectiveness of the Training Programme and outreach
  • Ensure compliance with data and digital laws (e.g., copyright and data protection)


Qualifications and requirements we seek:

  • 4 to 7 years in Digital Content Management or a related role, preferably with experience with learning platforms
  • Demonstrates creativity and documented immersion in digital platforms
  • Experience in sourcing and managing content development and publishing.
  • Practices superior time management.
  • Good technical understanding and can pick up new tools quickly.

Salary and Benefits: 11,00,000 to 13,00,000 CTC PA

Salary shall be commensurate with experience and skills. WRI offers a generous and comprehensive benefits package.

Duration: Full-time, term hire for two years to begin with and extendable
