Worldwide Express is currently looking to hire a career minded individual for our Sales Operations Team. At WWE, our goal is to ensure that our sales teams have the resources needed to activate new customers in an efficient and effective manner. Our Sales Operations Team exists for this very reason.  This position focuses on providing our sales and account management teams with the back end administrative support related to the set up and maintenance of new accounts.



  • Processing of closed deal paperwork including account number requests, complete set up of account in the internal database, and creation of user logins and welcome packets
  • Lead management and maintenance of CRM database
  • Research of complex billing inquiries, advanced technical assistance, and product knowledge support
  • Pricing Management
  • Project facilitation and various other assignments related to the setup and maintenance of new and existing customers
