FTL Implementation Specialist




The FTL Implementation Specialist onboards and cultivates newly activated accounts with an emphasis on Enterprise level accounts. The position will proactively collaborate and communicate with all applicable functions involved in initial onboarding of these accounts. The focus is placed on integrating customers on the front end.(dszehs)




    • Work with FTL Inside Account Executives to onboard and build relationships with customers.
    • Understand and proactively address customers’ needs by education on common issues to ensure a smooth process and improving the level of customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with internal departments to enable a streamlined customer service process.
    • Create Standard Operating Procedures and upload to Customer Profile in Aljex.
    • Participate in customer onboarding calls.
    • Understand customer contracts by collaborating with Pricing Analysts.
    • Train, educate and follow-up with customers on processes and technology systems.
    • Become the SME on TMS.
    • Train FTL team and customers in using TMS.
    • Train FTL team on customer technology systems.
    • Integrate Aljex and serve as the initial point of contact between Aljex and customer.
    • Act as the liaison between the customer and internal departments by piggybacking communication.
    • Manage scorecards and address any issues that may arise regarding compliance or the customer.
    • Responsible for communications with billing regarding customers’ billing and AP need




  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred



  • 1-3 years relevant experience.
  • Logistics experience preferred.



  • Familiar with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within truckload business.
