POSITION OVERVIEW:

Worldwide Express operates within a fast‐paced industry that draws motivated, quick‐thinking and proactive people. The Worldwide Express Corporate Accounts/Receivable Team is designed to be an integral part of the Corporate support structure. Positions within this team focus on providing customer payment and administration support for the Corporate office and Corporate stores. Responsibilities include electronic payments processing, customer identification, collections and billing support, payment research, quality control, and balancing duties. In addition, the Accounts Receivable Team works closely with the WWE Accounting department and Corporate Franchise Stores in the field to correct and process payment errors along with day‐to‐day account balancing.

 

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS OF THE ROLE:

 

  • Processes variety of customer payments received, including checks, credit cards, ACH, Wires and EFTs
  • Understands and is capable of balancing daily processing
  • Works closely with the WWE Collections and Billing team, and WWE Corporate Stores in the resolution of day‐to-day billing and payment issues
  • Research/resolve customer A/R issues
  • Handles payment processing requests for Corporate Stores sent through Zendesk ticketing software
  • Supports, communicates and reinforces the mission, values and culture of the organization

  • Strong analytical skills in basic accounts receivable and accounting policy
  • Comfortable in a fast‐paced, results‐oriented environment
  • Ability to quickly establish credibility and provide clear communication to Corporate store support
  • Comfortable using multiple technology platforms and programs to complete daily tasks
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Accounts Receivable experience necessary
