Position Overview:

The Enterprise Account Support Team position focuses on maintaining, managing, and servicing the top-tier accounts in a growing book of business in the small-to-medium sized business sector. This team is responsible for developing long-term partnerships with the highest grossing accounts in our company.

Essential Functions of the Role:

  • Answer incoming phone calls and tickets from UPS and LTL WWE Enterprise customers
  • Mitigating customer attrition through creation and development of customer relationships
  • Provide proactive solutions to complex customer issues
  • Quote, create and track UPS & LTL shipments for our customers and their vendors
  • Update customer reports
  • Processing escalated service requests from our LTL partner carriers
  • Monitor pending tab for linear foot and cubic capacity shipments to ensure correct billing
  • Work closely with team members and sales staff to increase profitability and customer satisfaction
