What You'll Do:
  • Responsible for WorldFirst's marketing in the Turkey region. Focus on performance marketing in the local market through online and offline marketing channels (offline events/EDM/Website/SEM/Referral/…) to achieve customer acquisition goals.
  • Conduct in-depth local market research to understand customers, market trends, and industry information. Possess strong business acumen to develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with regional business objectives.
  • Create quantitative and qualitative marketing content that resonates with the target customer base.
  • Manage regional marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and maximize return on investment (ROI).
  • Regularly track, measure, and report on regional marketing performance against key regional goals, adjusting strategies as needed.
  • Responsible for WorldFirst Local Partner Joint marketing action planning and execution.

What You'll Do:

What we are looking for:
 
  • 5 years+ marketing experience, proficient in field marketing and digital marketing, with a focus on the B2B industry.
  • Deep understanding of the cross-border payment market and its customers.
  • Strong learning agility and communication skills, with good judgment and unique insights. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams in different time zones.
  • Solid analytical skills, capable of interpreting data and making data-driven decisions.
  • Language Requirements: Turkish (mandatory), English (mandatory, business professional).
