This role will be focused on our WorldFirst business line, an international payments business helping move money around the world - we became part of Ant International in 2019, accelerating our mission to create the world’s best platform for international trade by combining WorldFirst’s products with Ant’s solutions aimed at enabling the digitalization of the modern services industry globally.
What you will be doing:
- Product Capability Building: Define and deliver core consumer card product features, including onboarding, card management, transaction experience, statement, and digital servicing. Partner with risk, compliance, operations, and technology teams to ensure product readiness and scalability. Translate customer needs and business goals into product capabilities with measurable impact.
- End-to-End Experience Design: Own the full mobile app journey for consumer card customers, from application and activation to daily use and ongoing engagement. Collaborate with UX/UI designers to create intuitive, frictionless, and customer-centric digital experiences. Continuously optimise customer journeys through data insights, feedback loops, and A/B testing.
- Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the product roadmap, balancing near-term delivery with long-term vision. Benchmark industry best practices and emerging trends in consumer payments, digital wallets, and card products. Work cross-functionally to launch new features on time, with clear go-to-market plans and customer communication.
What we are looking for someone who has:
- Experience in consumer financial products, payments, or fintech, with proven track record in card issuing or digital banking.
- Strong product management skills, from discovery and requirement definition to launch and iteration.
- Demonstrated experience in mobile app product design and customer journey ownership. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Customer-first mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
