WorldFirst is shaking up the financial services industry- our mission as a FinTech is ‘to make it easy to do business anywhere’. Our Strategic Account Management team is responsible for driving commercial growth across existing accounts, as well as helping prospect new ones too. 
  
What you’ll be doing
  • Define and evolve the Consumer messaging house and value proposition for a new consumer product launch.
  • Create high-quality written content across website, app, CRM, product education, and performance-driven landing pages, with support of agencies and freelancers
  • Produce short- and mid-form video content with support of agencies, freelancers and AI tools including Veo 3.1, Runway, and generative scripting tools.
  • Own the content calendar across organic, paid, app, website, and social distribution channels.
  • Deploy content in close partnership with product, paid media, social, sports sponsorships and growth teams to drive acquisition and activation.
  • Translate complex product features into clear, compelling consumer narratives that build trust and understanding.
  • Build, mentor, and scale the consumer content team as the business grows, as well as building freelancer and agency network.
  • Analyse content performance and continuously optimise narratives, formats, and channel deployment.

What you’ll bring
  • Strong writing and storytelling ability across product, brand, and performance marketing contexts.
  • Proven experience creating both written and video content for consumer digital products or platforms.
  • Strong hands-on experience using AI tools for content ideation, writing, editing, and video generation.
  • Experience defining messaging frameworks and value propositions in zero-to-one or early-stage launches.
  • Ability to lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing consumer content team.
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to interpret content performance and iterate quickly.
  • Experience collaborating cross-functionally with product, growth, performance, and design teams.
  • Comfort operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with high ownership and accountability.
