Role Overview
We are seeking a results-driven Partnership Manager to spearhead our efforts in fostering strategic partnerships within the cross-border e-commerce space. This role focuses on building relationships with key stakeholders in the international money transfer ecosystem, enabling seamless money transfer solutions for global e-commerce sellers.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a strategic partnership roadmap tailored to the international money transfer market to reach cross-border e-commerce sellers.
- Identify, engage, and onboard partners, including but not limited with amazon service providers, logistics companies, Influencer, consultanting services e.t.c
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with cross-border e-commerce businesses, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Negotiate and finalize agreements with partners to optimize mutual value.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Compliance) to align partnership goals with business objectives.
- Analyze market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges.
- Monitor partnership performance, reporting key metrics and suggesting improvements to enhance impact.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a similar role, ideally within international money transfer or cross border e-commerce sectors.
- Strong understanding of cross-border e-commerce dynamics and payment solutions is plus.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven approach to decision-making, with strong analytical abilities.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
