Key Responsibilities:
- Support the creation and execution of promotional campaigns to engage customers and enhance brand awareness.
- Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to develop event concepts that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Coordinate logistics for events, including venue selection, vendor management, and attendee coordination.
- Manage event materials, including decor, promotional giveaways, and marketing collateral.
- Promote events through social media platforms, email marketing, and other promotional channels.
- Ensure event setup and breakdown are executed seamlessly, ensuring a positive experience for clients and attendees.
- Track and report on event performance and ROI through post-event analysis and feedback.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through excellent customer service before, during, and after events.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion for working with people.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience with event planning or promotions is a plus, but not required.
