As an Event Marketing Assistant you will be at the forefront of promoting our brand and engaging with potential customers at various events. This entry-level role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in marketing and promotions while contributing to the success of our events.  
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events, including trade shows, product launches, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop event strategies and promotional materials.
  • Represent our brand positively and enthusiastically at events, ensuring a memorable experience for attendees.
  • Engage with event participants, distribute promotional materials, and communicate key messages effectively.
  • Interact with event attendees to generate interest in our products or services.
  • Answer questions, provide information, and address inquiries to promote brand awareness and drive customer engagement.
  • Assist in setting up event booths, displays, and promotional areas.
  • Ensure all promotional materials and signage are properly displayed and organized.
  • Collect customer feedback and data during events to gain insights into consumer preferences and interests.
  • Compile reports and provide feedback to the marketing team for continuous improvement.
  • Work closely with team members to coordinate event logistics and ensure smooth operations.
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and provide support as needed to achieve event objectives.

 

Requirements: 

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree in marketing, communications, or related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate effectively with colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
