Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full-time Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support to ensure a positive experience.  
 
Key Responsibilities:  
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries addressing questions, concerns, and requests with accuracy.
  • Assist customers with product information, pricing, availability, and order processing, utilizing our internal systems and resources effectively.
  • Resolve customer issues and complaints promptly and courteously, escalating complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor as needed.
  • Process returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policies and procedures, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries, documenting details and outcomes in our CRM system.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to coordinate responses to customer inquiries and provide seamless support across channels.
  • Stay informed about product updates, promotions, and company policies to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer service processes and procedures, and contribute ideas for enhancing the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:  
  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in customer service, retail, or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
