We have an immediate need for an Entry Level Management Trainee to join a rapidly expanding team. As an Entry-Level Management Trainee, you will undergo comprehensive training to gain essential skills in leadership, sales, marketing, customer service, and team management.
You will work closely with senior management to learn about business operations and assist with day-to-day activities, while also playing a key role in meeting performance targets and ensuring smooth business processes. Key Responsibilities:
- Training & Development: Participate in a structured training program to develop leadership, sales, marketing, and management skills.
- Team Collaboration: Work with senior managers to learn team management strategies, motivating and guiding team members to achieve company goals.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, representing the company in a professional manner at promotional events or client meetings.
- Sales & Marketing Support: Assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, sales strategies, and client outreach efforts.
- Operational Support: Help manage daily business activities, including coordinating events, managing logistics, and ensuring effective communication across departments.
- Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed key performance targets, including sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
Requirements:
- Education: A high school diploma or a bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, problem-solving abilities, and leadership potential.
- Attributes: Motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow within the company. A positive attitude and a strong work ethic are essential.
- Experience: Previous customer service, retail, or leadership experience is a plus, but not required.
