About the Role:

WorkReduce is looking for a Programmatic Campaign Management Associate with superior analytical thinking capabilities to execute advertising campaigns for our clients. The Campaign Management Associate is responsible for assisting senior team members in delivering successful audience-based programmatic media programs across a portfolio of clients. The associate has an active role in audience strategies, optimization approach and analysis, troubleshooting, pacing, and ad hoc reporting. 

This role requires a highly collaborative individual who is analytical and can use data-enabled problem-solving capabilities to deliver flawless campaign execution that exceeds client business goals and KPIs. The ideal candidate will have experience in programmatic campaign management including display, video, mobile and social along with in-console experience with DSPs and exchange-based media buying.

What we’d like you to do::

  • Ensure the proper pacing of impression/click delivery of campaigns along with prompt delivery of  accurate and useful performance reports to clients
  • Take responsibility for the overall success of programmatic client campaigns 
  • Work closely with the senior team members to contribute to the success of cross-channel programmatic client campaigns
  • Assist a team with executing campaigns including setting campaign strategy, tagging recommendations, console-setup, delivery management (pacing, budget, spend), analysis and reporting
  • Liaise between key internal groups on the account (marketplace, product, client services, research/analytics, operations)
  • Help design and deliver performance updates, business reviews, new audience-based programmatic solutions, and growth opportunity presentations to key agency contacts
  • Generate supporting documentation for post-campaign presentations and provide insights to client teams
  • Support the performance media lead in defining audience strategies and tactics to maximize economic outcomes within campaign limits


What we’re looking for:

  • DV360 and The Trade Desk experience required.
  • At least 2-3 years of programmatic experience and a minimum of 6 months in-console audience-based RTB media.
  • Prior experience working in digital agencies
  • Knowledge of digital media systems and tools (ie. ad servers, attribution, tagging, ad verification)
  • Knowledge of ad targeting and media optimization methodologies
  • Knowledge of online media metrics and analysis
  • Understanding of ad networks, exchanges and/or auction marketplaces, with the ability to manage bid pricing and optimization levers to meet client goals
  • Proficiency in MSFT Office with extensive experience in Excel data analysis, including pivot tables and advanced functions
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and balance time across clients, multiple partner relationships and internal initiatives on a daily basis while maintaining profound attention to detail
  • Ability to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration, but also capable of working independently when needed
