About the Role:

WorkReduce is looking for a remote/virtual Senior Media Analyst who can analyze massive data sets, make insightful cross-channel recommendations, and communicate strategic ideas to clients. As a Senior Analyst, you’ll work to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, site optimization, and/or online testing strategy. This is a temporary, hourly paid position of 40 hours a week during normal 9-5 working East Coast hours.

What we’d like you to do:

  • Institute frameworks across project and campaign lifecycles, including measurement plans, primary and secondary research, and performance reporting
  • Dive into large data sets, uncover insights, and provide impactful recommendations to clients
  • Connect the dots across channels through data (including display media, site, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts
  • Communicate with clients regularly on scheduled deliverables and ad-hoc requests
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive success for client’s business goals

 

 

What we’re looking for:

  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics or strategy  digital ad experience, at an advertising agency, publisher, or ad tech provider 
  • Knowledge of media planning and programmatic buying, and familiarity with Google Marketing Platform, TheTradeDesk, or similar buying platforms 
  • Adobe Analytics knowledge
  • Google Analytics 360 Certification
  • Strong knowledge of DSP platforms and active campaign optimization experience 
  • Fluency with Excel (including pivot tables and vlookups) and/or other data analysis tools such as SQL or Tableau 
  • Working knowledge of Ad Tech platforms including, DoubleClick (DBM, DCM) and Adobe (Analytics, AMO, AAM).
  • Experience working with SQL a plus
  • The ability to organize and manage detailed work 
  • Strong analytical thinking and mathematical skills 
  • Excellent communication and writing skills—you’re poised, precise, and above all, kind when relating to others 
  • A four-year college degree
