WorkReduce, the largest technology-enabled services provider for the media buying industry, is looking for a Supervisor who will be a team player and oversee Associate level team members, thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment seamlessly transitioning between various campaigns and pieces of business. The right candidate is a strategic thinker with proven exceptional analytical skills, communication skills (will be client facing) and who wants to work remotely.

What You'll Do:
  • Prepare weekly campaign reporting and delegate select tasks such as data prep and QA to Analysts and reviewing their work. Serve as a Supervisor and mentor to Associate Analysts
  • Prepare measurement plans and contribute to media and tactical plans
  • Package and present analytical findings and communicate (both written and verbal) complex concepts to Sr. Client teams and internal teams
  • Glean actionable insights to support in-market campaign optimization
  • Own campaign reporting including weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables and insights and communicate directly with client stakeholders in meetings and email
What We're Looking For:
  • A four-year college degree
  • 3+ years of work experience in a professional environment at a media agency or ad tech company; prior digital media analytics experience
  • Experience building reports from scratch 
  • Knowledge of working with large relational data sets 
  • Familiarity with database design, data management and visualization, utilizing programming languages such as SQL and Python and visualization tools such as PowerBI, Tableau or Looker
  • Working knowledge of Ad Tech platforms including, Google Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Adobe (Analytics, AMO, AAM) and Prisma
  • Attention to detail and time management to deliver high quality work for multiple projects across several client engagements while meeting deadlines.
  • Previous leadership experience as a team lead or in a supervisor capacity
  • Set the vision for measurement, reporting and analytics across their line of business in partnership with the media teams 
  • Support the training of team members while creating a thriving environment of learning 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Comfortable communicating and presenting findings and explaining complex data issues with internal and external stakeholders as various levels
  • Demonstrate a base level of proficiency with Excel as evidenced by the ability to:
    • Use functions such as VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP to correct data
    • Use SUMIFS, SUMPRODUCT, concatenating. etc. to create reports
    • Create pivot tables to summarize data
Nice to have:
  • Advanced degree, preferably in a quantitative discipline
