About the Campaign Analytics Manager Role:

We are looking for a Manager who will be a team player thriving in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment seamlessly transitioning between various campaigns and pieces of business. The right candidate is a strategic thinker with proven exceptional analytical skills. 

In this role, you will be responsible for accurate data collection, processing, visualization and analysis. You will deliver and present clear and compelling reports and insights to our clients on their campaigns and media performance. You will establish and maintain communication and collaboration with the client and media teams to support and implement high-quality, data-driven decisions. 

You can expect to perform as a leader with minimal supervision while proactively resolving issues.

What we want from you:

  • 40 hours a week, 9AM – 6PM in Boston with some potential weekend work
  • Be the agency lead for research tools, delivering data points for consumer insight generation
  • Provide client facing communications around performance and insights and take the lead as the SME for the analytics team
  • Start-to-end ownership for the quality and timeliness of  the analytics deliverables
  • Drive successful completion of data insight initiatives
  • Strong and effective collaboration with internal co-workers and stakeholders on client side

A bit about you:


  • Excellent communication, collaboration and delegation skills
  • Exceptional eye for detail and able to problem solve on the fly
  • Strong analytical skills including the ability to analyze raw data, identify true insight and develop actionable recommendations 
  • Strong, professional, written and verbal communication skills, including translating data into actionable insights 
  • Superior presentation design skills, in slides or document format


  • Bachelor's Degree with a strong mathematics background
  • 3-5 years of experience in analytics with expertise in digital media
  • Strong Excel skills (creating and working with pivot tables, conditional formulas, etc.) is required
  • Knowledge of working with large relational data sets
  • Experience with Ad Tech platforms including, DoubleClick (DBM, DCM) Adobe (Analytics, AMO, AAM) Marin and Prisma
  • Experience with SQL 
  • Client facing experience within media agencies or publishers highly desired
