About the Role:

WorkReduce is looking for an Analyst to manage all aspects of the data processing workflow—from data collection to QA and maintenance. This role requires proficiency in SQL and experience building Tableau dashboards. This is an hourly full-time (East Coast hours) role with potential for temp to hire.

What we’d like you to do:

  • Manage and maintain large data sets using SQL.
  • Dive into large data sets, uncover insights, and provide impactful recommendations to clients.
  • Connect the dots across channels through data (including display media, site, search, email, and social) to provide a holistic view of marketing efforts.
  • Leverage best practices in continuous integration and delivery.
  • Help drive optimization, testing and tooling to improve data quality.
  • Make sure the data platforms and processes are running well, both in data collection, integration and processing.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and manage data logistics.
  • Monitor and manage data quality processes and data integrations. Perform corrective and evolutive maintenance of all the data exchange and data solution processes.

What we’re looking for:

  • Demonstrate a greater level of proficiency with SQL as evidenced by the ability to:
    • Execute advanced SQL queries and Stored Procedures to process and automate data.
    • Optimize query performance, improve processes, diagnosis problems.
  • Bachelor’s degree typically in a quantitative discipline (e.g., Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering)
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a professional services or corporate environment
  • Higher level of proficiency with the following tools - SQL, Excel, Tableau
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Highly motivated and collaborative team player with strong interpersonal skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience working remotely in a distributed team model
  • Advanced degree typically in a quantitative discipline
  • Prior media analytics experience/knowledge
  • Experience in other languages such as SAS, SPSS, R and Python
