WorkReduce, the largest technology-enabled services provider for the media buying industry, is looking for a Programmatic Media Planner Supervisor to execute advertising campaigns for our clients. You will lead a team and  plan, execute, and report on campaigns for well-known brands with media budgets in excess of $1mm+.

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), hourly, temporary role lasting approximately one month with a high possibility of extension.

What we’d like you to do:

  • Lead and manage the development of media plans, ensuring flawless execution, including implementation, troubleshooting, etc 
  • Work to develop overarching media strategy, including proactively investigating media opportunities and craft well supported, articulate POVs. 
  • Successfully articulate media, competitive, targeting, marketplace and landscape trends and be able to apply their findings and determine what the implications might be for our clients.  
  • Develop cross channel request for proposals (RFPs), evaluate proposals, and oversees all final buy recommendations  
  • Lead and motivate team members while overseeing and directing account activities; provide guidance on setting or re-defining priorities 
  • Oversee the develop of reporting and analysis of campaigns with the ability to pull out actionable insights 
  • Schedule and lead kick-off-calls with clients, partners, and internal teams  
  • Maintain thorough, real time knowledge of client business 
  • Establish processes and communicate clear direction to direct reports 
  • Manage and be accountable for media budgets and client billing 
  • Oversee weekly status reports among key stakeholders  
  • Ensure communication of creative needs and coordinates with creative teams on timely delivery of all assets for proper campaign launches

What we’re looking for:

  • 6-8+ years of media planning and buying experience 
  • 1-2 years’ experience managing junior level direct reports
  • Deep and proven programmatic planning and activation expertise, including PMP & Direct deal experience 
  • Experience leading the strategy and activation for other digital channels including paid search and social 
  • Experience and understanding of the TV planning/buying process 
  • Experience with Prisma
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but also capable of working independently when needed  
  • Strong project management skills, with an emphasis on the ability to manage changing priorities 
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills - ability to think on your feet  
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity with numbers 
  • Strong work ethic – highly organized, diligent, and attentive to detail 
  • A self-motivated individual who is well organized and can multitask successfully 
  • Able to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity  
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities 
  • Agency experience in pharmaceuticals industry a plus, but not required
