Description

WorkReduce, the largest technology-enabled services provider for the media buying industry, is looking for a Marketing Manager to specialize in HubSpot lead scoring and automation. The ideal candidate is a HubSpot power-user with a strong background in advancing marketing initiatives.

This is a part-time role working within a fixed budget. Rate is flexible and will determine hours per week. East Coast hours preferred.

What we'd like you to do/What we're looking for:

  • Utilize HubSpot experience to establish MQL's / SQL's / Lead Scoring, and e-mail automation
  • Familiar with inbound digital campaigns and an understanding of the strategic planning process
  • Proficient in basic WordPress
  • Basic understanding ofGoogle Analytics  
  • Passionate about marketing and innovative ways to engage with customers 
  • Attention to detail, creative thinker, fast-learner, collaborator who can work autonomously

 Nice to have's: 

  • Basic to intermediate Power Point or Keynote experience 
  • Basic to intermediate In-Design experience 
  • Basic to intermediate Adobe / Photoshop skills 
  • Outbound sales enablement experience to understand the needs of a sales team
