WorkReduce, the largest technology-enabled services provider for the media buying industry, is looking for an AdOps & Campaign Management Lead who will serve as the client's primary resource in all things related to ad serving and trafficking.

This is a part-time, hourly, service desk (ticket based) role. The AdOps & Campaign Management Lead will  have experience trafficking ads and troubleshooting challenging ad delivery issues. Successful candidates should have a high technical aptitude and enjoy hands-on learning in a fast paced environment.

What we’d like you to do:

  • Traffic and maintain digital advertising campaigns 
  • Work with clients to implement new html ad tags & various trackers/pixels 
  • Maintain regular communication with internal and client teams regarding upcoming deadlines and ad material collection 
  • Maintain and communicate technical specs to internal team & clients 
  • Work with clients and 3rd party vendors to facilitate implementation of display and video ads 
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues 
  • Monitor requests from team members and coaching team members as needed
  • Participate in client meetings on an as-needed basis 
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Keep on top of industry trends in online advertising and ad operations

What we’re looking for:

  • 2-4 years of direct experience in an ad operations role such as an ad trafficker at an ad agency 
  • 1-3 years of experience in DCM/Campaign Manager
  • Experience in troubleshooting ad serving technical issues, such as delivery investigation third party ad tags (VPAID, IAS wrappers)
  • Ability to understand and debug third party remarketing pixels and lists
  • Strong technical skills is a must; including HTML
  • Strong, professional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish preferred
