WorkReduce, the largest technology-enabled services provider for the media buying industry, is looking for a Paid Search Senior Associate with 2+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex paid search campaigns to organize all daily operations through data extraction, budget management, ongoing optimizations, account monitoring, and assisting with strategic projects. This role will report into a Paid Search Lead.

What you’ll do:

  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to performance goals
  • Provide insights on campaign and industry trends; present as needed
  • Create and interpret performance reports to provide relevant insights 
  • Ensure campaigns follow best PPC practice guidelines
  • Help execute PPC campaigns; account setup, uploading keywords, ad creatives and ad extensions, strategy and tactical development, and organization
  • Create raw data to produce performance reports
  • Attend and contribute to weekly calls and meetings
  • Build strong relationships across PPC and Client Services teams 

What we’re looking for:

  • 2+ years of experience managing large-scale, complex paid search campaigns
  • Knowledge of Search Engine’s platforms and third-party tools
  • Knowledge of Excel (can perform complex functions) 
  • AdWords, Bing and Gemini certifications
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Excellent, pro-active communication skills both written and verbal
