WorkReduce is seeking a Senior Director of Sales, focused on brand partnerships. As Director of Sales, you will be focused on the largest growing customer segment inside WorkReduce.

What you’ll do:

  • Identify, create and maintain relationships with senior executives at client and prospect accounts to originate and grow brand revenue
  • Meet and exceed revenue goals in the brand category
  • Consult with clients to uncover marketing objectives and align our solutions to deliver against those goals
  • Expand WorkReduce’s footprint across the US territory and within key accounts by cross-selling and up-selling product portfolio
  • Provide feedback to the company on how to best service clients' needs
  • Work closely with the account team to ensure high client satisfaction, retention and growth

Who you are:

  • 6+ years experience in relationship management or enterprise sales/account role with a brand-direct focus
  • Track record of setting and exceeding goals, with strong discipline and process focus across the entire sales lifecycle, from prospecting to close and through activation
  • Solid understanding of the mechanics of media buying and media analytics for advertisers with $1B+ in media spend, including common platforms and business intelligence tools
  • A consultative, strategic thinker with great energy and enthusiasm for prospecting for new business and excellent closing skills
  • Outstanding written, verbal and visual communication skills to interface with prospects, customers and internal resources
  • Experienced with SaaS models and success with brands
  • Experienced with strategic selling, consultative sales, account planning, contract negotiations and client executive briefings
  • Proven ability to establish meaningful and long-lasting relationships with partner or brand stakeholders
