Paid Search Associate (Remote/Virtual)

WorkReduce, the largest technology-enabled services provider for the media buying industry, is looking for a Paid Search & Social Associate to set up, traffic and launch campaigns for a B2B client. 

This is a full-time (40 hours per week), hourly, ongoing role on a month to month basis.

What we’d like you to do:

  • Set up, traffic and launch Paid Search campaigns 
  • Ensure Paid Search campaigns are managed effectively to achieve expected performance targets  
  • Monitor and optimizes campaign implementations 
  • Manage daily spend in line with targets and monthly budgets
  •  Provide accurate communication that details performance and return on investment via regular campaign reporting and analysis  
  • Complete tasks as requested by manager in a timely and accurate manner 
  • Help ensure operational excellence is delivered across their assigned team 
  • Executes campaigns in support of the strategy provided 

What we’re looking for:

  • Detailed knowledge of Paid Search marketing techniques and platform buying tools 
  • Hands-on experience setting up and managing campaigns within Google Ads
  • B2B media buying experience and/or running B2B media on behalf of SMBs (e.g. SaaS) is preferred
  • Experience executing social campaigns in LI/FB is a plus
  • Understanding of performance metrics and ability to spot trends or discrepancies.
  • Ability to describe and escalate issues to manager(s) 
  • Fluency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint  
  • Ability to manipulate analyze and interpret data 
  • Strong QA abilities with an eye for detail  
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written  
  • High level of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation 
  • Strong numerical and analytical background
