About the Role:

WorkReduce is looking for Programmatic Media Buyers to execute advertising campaigns for our clients. You will plan, execute, and report on campaigns for well-known brands with media budgets in excess of $1mm+. This position will pay hourly, with a likely 35-40 hour work week.

We’re open to a range of experience levels, but you should have hands-on experience planning and buying media across programmatic platforms (DBM, AppNexus, TradeDesk, Amazon Advertising, GDN/YouTube via Google Ads, etc) as well as hands-on experience executing direct buys with publishers. Experience buying in Social Platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, LinkedIn, Pinterest and in SEM Platforms like Google Ads and Bing Search are a definite plus. Knowledge and expertise of Microsoft Excel Pivot Tables is a must. You should be organized, detail-oriented, analytical, independent, professional, a quick learner and a great communicator.

Some of the things we’d like you to do:

  • Tactically plan, launch and optimize media channels within a media campaign
  • Perform end to end campaign management of Programmatic Display campaigns.
  • Be proficient across various Programmatic Display Media Channels (DBM, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, etc) and showcase expertise in selected platform
  • Responsible for owning publisher relationships, publisher RFPs and RFP scorecards
  • Support end of month/quarter campaign wrap ups
  • Regularly contribute to media best practices and campaign processes
  • Develop and execute rigorous testing plans
  • Craft actionable insights for weekly and quarterly reports
  • Adjust and optimize budgets, bids and other campaign parameters based on real-time results.
  • Develop actionable insights that result in timely optimizations that maximize campaign performance and efficacy.
  • Use Microsoft Excel or business intelligence tools to develop client reporting using pivot tables, VLookups, advanced formulas, and other tools.
  • Use tools like Google Hangouts/Skype/Facetime to video chat with clients on a daily basis.

A bit about yourself:

  • DV360 and/or AppNexus Certified
  • Approximately 3-4 years’ experience of media buying experience.
  • PMP & Direct deal experience
  • Specialization in one of the following areas: DBM, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, or comparable DSPs
  • Ability to work in a team environment that promotes collaboration; but also capable of working independently when needed.
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills - ability to think on your feet.
  • Strong analytical skills and a natural affinity with numbers.
  • Strong work ethic – highly organized, diligent, and attentive to detail.
  • A self-motivated individual who is well organized and can multitask successfully.
  • Able to work remotely and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced environment with constantly evolving priorities.
  • Experience working with Prisma
  • Agency experience in pharmaceuticals industry with clinical trials a plus, but not required.
