About the role:

WorkReduce is looking for an Associate to serve as a primary resource to our clients in all things related to digital media. We need someone who is proficient in at least one ad serving platform such as DCM, DV360, AdWords, GDN, Sizmek, The Trade Desk, Search, Social or Video and has experience in trafficking ads and troubleshooting challenging ad delivery issues. You should have a high technical aptitude and enjoy hands-on learning in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll be supported by a team of junior associates for data entry, quality assurance, and other tasks.

The role is 100% remote, so is ideal for someone looking for a flexible employment position.

What you’ll do:

  • Provide specialized technical support to internal ad campaigns managed by WorkReduce
  • Develop scalable tracking solutions for product teams through the integrated use of Doubleclick floodlights, remarketing lists, and pixels
  • Document internal procedures, policies, and tutorials
  • Train internal teams on industry best practices, Google best practices, and internal policies.
  • Troubleshoot various customer problems and utilize experience to develop solutions
  • Work with Product Management, Marketing, Engineering, and other teams to inform, test and implement product and operational improvements
  • Monitor and report on global internal campaigns for any violations of policies

What we’re looking for:

  • 1-2+ years of experience in a digital media role such as an ad trafficker, ad network, or planner, campaign manager or DSP support
  • Experience in troubleshooting technical issues, such as delivery investigation and third party rich media issues - specifically focused on the mobile ecosystem
  • Ability to absorb complex technical concepts and communicate them to a non-technical audience
  • Creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to understand and debug third-party remarketing pixels and lists

Nice to haves:

  • Experience in working with Rich Media (Expandable, Video, Floating), Mobile, Video (VAST, VPAID) and Standard Display Ads
  • Experience working in digital agencies or media buying 
  • Web development experience with strong HTML/Javascript skills
