Role Summary:
As a Senior Product Manager, you will drive the roadmap and execution for our Clinical and Revenue Cycle Management teams. You will be pivotal in product discovery, leveraging data to enhance our offerings, and leading cross-functional teams to develop impactful health solutions.
Core Responsibilities:
  • Manage and execute the product roadmap for Clinical and Revenue Cycle Management teams.
  • Lead product discovery sessions to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
  • Innovate and Enhance Care Delivery: Lead efforts to enhance our industry-leading innovations in Measurement-Based Care and optimize our approach to shared medical appointments. Support our expansion into new states and service specialties, driving growth and ensuring excellence across new markets.
  • Build and prioritize a comprehensive product backlog based on customer data and stakeholder input.
  • Collaborate with clinical leadership to develop programs that benefit both patients and healthcare providers.
  • Oversee the development and maintenance of systems to ensure efficient clinic service billing and compliance.
  • Create and standardize training materials for new product launches, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 5 years in product management, preferably in digital health or health technology.
  • Proven experience in telehealth startups, with a deep understanding of clinic data workflows, including scheduling, EHR, and RCM.
  • Exceptional analytical, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing products from concept through delivery.
  • Track record of developing successful training programs.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, changing environment with cross-functional teams.
