Job Summary: 

Reporting to the Director of Finance and Strategy, this role will strengthen the Finance team’s ability to understand trends in business performance and communicate them across the organization. In this position, you will leverage strong analytical and communication skills to analyze data and summarize key findings, helping teams across Workit to understand & act on your analysis.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Analyze Workit’s financials to understand trends, variance to plan, and performance by business segment; create digestible reports for management and Board consumption
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis across our business, helping us to understand trends in member volume & engagement, clinician capacity, operating expenses, and much more
  • Support Workit’s Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team in analyzing performance in claims revenue & cash collections, identifying blockers to collection
  • Provide a ‘strategic finance lens’ to other teams at Workit, underwriting decisions on strategic initiatives like new program pricing and expansion strategy

Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or related field preferred
  • 1-3 years of relevant Finance experience
  • Exceptional analytical rigor & attention to detail
  • Superb comfort with spreadsheet-based analysis (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • Understanding of financial statements & accounting concepts 
  • Prior experience with / understanding of Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) preferred
