Job Summary:

Reporting to the Corporate Controller, the Staff Accountant will play a vital role in the performance of daily and monthly accounting functions. In this position, you will utilize your strong analytical and organizational skills to contribute to the overall financial success of the organization. 

Core Responsibilities:

●    Accounting Operations, including processing Accounts Payable and Contractor payments 
●    Serve as point-of-contact for vendor payments 
●    Maintenance of Accounts Receivables 
●    Assisting Controller with Month-End close, including journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations 
●    Payroll processing for multiple entities 
●    Assist Controller with annual audit 
●    Compliance with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings 
●    Help to document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls and mitigate risk 
  
  
  
Qualifications:  
●    3-5 years progressive Accounting experience 
●    Bachelor’s degree in Accounting 
●    Advanced Excel required 
●    NetSuite experience preferred
