Whereoware is hiring a Junior Marketing Cloud Specialist to work with our exciting clients, digital teams, business analysts, and brand marketing teams to develop and activate SFMC and/or Acoustic solutions that support initiatives and campaigns which drive business results and the customer experience. 

In this role, you will primarily organize the intake of projects, facilitate cross-functional coordination, and validate that campaigns are setup to support the dynamic needs of the client.  This position requires a team player who is detail-oriented, flexible, and self-motivated. Someone who can manage multiple tasks and projects at one time. You will need to work well in a collaborative work environment.

YOU ARE GREAT AT

  • Navigating marketing automation systems including, strategic program design, data hygiene standards, and automation.
  • Ensuring campaigns are setup correctly to accurately track performance and results.
  • Scheduling email, mobile/SMS, direct mail, etc. distributions in SFMC and/or Acoustic
  • Coordinating campaign workflow across the requirements, development, stakeholder review/approval & deployment process.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborate with internal development team to determine automated customer journeys.
  • Coordinate across teams and clients to update content, make fixes/updates, and change requests for programs.
  • Build, test and deploy marketing and email campaigns including personalization and dynamic content across different studios in SFMC.
  • Maintain best practices for Marketing Automation Platforms, including troubleshooting, naming conventions, list management, etc..
  • Build rules and campaigns based on business/customer segmentation.
  • Build nurture campaigns based on digital buying behaviors and/or engagements.
  • Support legacy programs running in Acoustic and/or SFMC
  • Maintain best-in-class standards for CAN SPAM and mobile/text/push compliance.

MUST-HAVES

  • 2-3 years working in Marketing, launching campaigns including, but not limited to, email, mobile/SMS
  • 2- 3 years of experience in setting up rules for programs.
  • 2 -3 years of experience in pulling reports from SFMC and/or Acoustic.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital Technology, or a related field.
