Whereoware acquired a user experience consultancy in 2022 accelerating our growth and advancing our capabilities to help our clients achieve their goals.  
 
Whereoware is growing and looking to hire a senior leader who is responsible for overseeing the revenue growth and P&L performance as well as the digital strategy, success, and satisfaction of each account. The Enterprise Account Lead is focused on their account first, regardless of internal Whereoware organizations or practices.  This role is not a “sales” or “delivery” position, but rather a senior executive position who is responsible to both Whereoware and the client for their holistic digital strategy and overall accountability.  The Enterprise Account Lead is the ultimate escalation point as well as high-level relationship owner for their accounts.  As the most important role for our customers, this is a very senior individual that requires the right blend of digital subject matter expertise along with consulting and leadership capabilities.  Additionally, they will serve as the account organization leader providing mentorship and leadership to the other Strategic Account Leads.   
 
You Are Great At:  
  • Serve as Executive Sponsor for accounts and owns C-level client relationships including interaction and communication of risk mitigation and control. 
  • Work with BD, appropriate SME’s, and Delivery to provide the client solution vision and framework. Ensure vision is delivered. 
  • Accountable for pre-sales solution roadmaps, proposals, and contracting of client engagements. 
  • Owns revenue growth and P&L responsibilities.  
  • Work with Delivery to shape profitable proposals and budgets meeting customer expectations.  
  • Provide thought leadership for next phase work at existing clients. 
  • Expand C-level and executive account relationships within client portfolio.  
  • Qualify opportunities, ensure contracts and AR are executed and managed, ensure Whereoware value is visible on daily basis.  
  • Billable at least 25% to provide solution consulting and/or SME. 
  • Create new opportunities within existing accounts and support the Delivery Lead as the solution architect for new account opportunities. 
  • Regular engagement with delivery and solution leadership to align expectations for our clients. 
  • Drive and manage new client relationships as the strategic architect and Executive Sponsor 
  • Provide thought leadership to the client portfolio around Whereoware solutions that can add future value. 
  • Provide accurate forecasting of client revenues. 
  • Assure that all client proposals and solutions are in line with expectations and will be effective for both the client and Whereoware. 
  • Work with other Strategic Account Leads at Whereoware to ensure account growth goals are planned and achieved. 
  • Provide guidance and mentorship for Strategic Account Leads. 
 
Must-Haves: 
  • 10+ years’ experience providing digital experience consulting. 
  • Proven track record of account growth.
