About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Door-to-Door Sales Lead to oversee and guide our field sales team. This role involves driving performance, mentoring associates, and ensuring successful execution of door-to-door sales strategies. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, a natural leader, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise a team of door-to-door sales associates.
- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and training new team members.
- Set daily and weekly goals for the team and monitor progress.
- Provide hands-on coaching and support in the field.
- Track and report team performance metrics to management.
- Resolve customer and team issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in door-to-door sales, with leadership experience.
- Strong leadership and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work flexible hours and travel within assigned territory up to 75% of time for 1-2 weeks at a time
- Proficiency in basic reporting tools and CRM systems.
