We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated FP&A Manager.  The FP&A Manager will oversee the forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis processes and provide strategic financial insights to support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical skills, a deep understanding of financial management principles, and extensive financial modeling experience. 

 

Major Responsibilities

 

  • Manage and oversee the annual budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning processes.
  • Develop and maintain complex financial models to support decision-making across the organization.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for growth.
  • Assist with monthly financial reporting process, prepare balance sheets, income statements, statements of cash flows, variance analysis, and management reporting.
  • Drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
  • Assist in the evaluation of potential investments, mergers, and acquisitions to support growth initiatives.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

 

Required Education and Experience

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, math, statistics or other quantitative field.  CPA or MBA preferred.  Public accounting experience is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis.  Private equity experience is a plus.
  • Expert financial modeling and analytical skills, including the ability to develop an integrated financial model with an income statement, a balance sheet, and a cash flow statement.
  • Track record of developing insights and demonstrating inquisitiveness to address business challenges.
  • In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial statement analysis, and management reporting.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with financial systems, preferably a large ERP and business intelligence software. Experience with Adaptive Planning is a plus.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving abilities, and a results-driven mindset.
