Description
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key federal government clients.
- Understand client needs, objectives, and challenges to provide tailored solutions.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the organization and the client.
- Identify new opportunities, upselling or cross-selling additional services.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for expanding the organization's footprint within the federal government sector.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, project management, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of products or services.
- Monitor project progress, address issues, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
- Advocate for client needs within the organization, ensuring that products or services align with client expectations.
- Provide feedback to internal teams to enhance offerings based on client feedback.
- Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments.
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and contractual obligations.
- Stay informed about changes in the federal government landscape, regulations, and industry trends.
- Use this knowledge to position the organization as a strategic partner in addressing client challenges.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in client management, preferably within the federal government sector.
- Strong understanding of federal government procurement processes and regulations.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Results-oriented with a focus on client satisfaction and business growth.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow, Observability, Operations Management, Application Performance
- Experience with federal government contracting and procurement.
