COMPENSATION:
RSM I:
- Hourly: Starting at $31.16 or $64,821 annually. The full range is $31.16 - $38.96 depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential is 20% of base salary paid out quarterly.
- Total Starting Annual Compensation Potential:
- $77,786 ($64,821 + 12,964 bonus potential)
