Your Primary Responsibilities: 
  • Proficient in handling multiple tasks concurrently within a fast-paced environment. 
  • Contribute to the management of the property's Profit and Loss (P&L) statements. 
  • Coordinate with the Support Services Department through effective communication and guidance. 
  • Take a proactive role in driving sales performance for new resident acquisition and securing renewal retention. 
  • Prioritize the establishment and nurturing of customer relationships as a key focus. 
  • Maintain an inclusive team environment. 
  • Energize the property team to outperform the local market. 
  • Create a culture of accountability to policies, procedures, and expectations. 
  • Courageously embrace challenges and change.  

What You Bring to Us
  • College degree preferred. 
  • One to two years residential property management experience. 
  • Desire to grow your career to the next level. 
  • Proficiency with industry software YARDI and Funnel. 
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  • Critical thinking skills with the ability to execute on areas of opportunity. 
  • A sharp professional appearance. 

How we value your hard work:
  • Compensation Range: $60,500 - $70,500 annually, includes bonuses or plus bonuses. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.” If your requirements fall outside of this range, you are still welcome to apply.
