COMPENSATION:
ALC I:
- Hourly: Starting at $21.85 - $27.31 per hour depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $45,448 - $56,804.
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential of $1,000 - $1,500, based on performance, with an average annual potential of $12,000 - $18,000.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
- $57,448 ($45,448 base + $12,000 bonus)
- $74,804 ($56,804 base + $18,000 bonus)
RSM I
- Hourly: Starting at $34.13 - $42.67 per hour depending on years of experience, tenure, and location. Annual Starting Comp: $70,990
- Bonus: Average monthly bonus potential is 20% of base salary paid out quarterly.
- Total Annual Compensation Potential:
- $85,188 ($70,990 + $14,198 bonus potential)
