ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

              

Wind River Systems is seeking an experienced Process Transformation Analyst responsible for ensuring the development of processes that embrace lean-agile methodologies, secure development practices, continuous compliance, quality assurance, and quality control with a focus on customer outcomes. This role will also be accountable for assessing the maturity of the teams and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of process awareness and adherence.             

              

The successful candidate must have experience developing and implementing organization-wide processes as a Process Transformation Analyst and be a highly adaptable team player who can quickly collaborate and form synergies with the product and engineering teams. A combination of strong process-oriented and communication skills is necessary. The candidate will join a highly skilled secure process development team and work closely with the engineering program management office.             

              

Interface & Collaboration

              

The successful candidate will work and collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure high levels of process awareness and a compliance-driven mindset.             

              

Responsibilities             

              

  • Chair the Process Transformation Strategy for the organization.
  • Guide teams to a culture of focus, improving the organization of their work through process-driven reviews throughout a project life cycle.
  • Help the product and development team achieve higher levels of process maturity.
  • Form partnerships across departments to streamline work processes.
  • Ensuring the proper use of collaborative processes and removing impediments for the product development teams.
  • Training, mentoring, and supporting development teams to follow secure development values, principles, and practices.

ABOUT YOU

              

Core Competencies & Demonstrated Success

              

  • Experience in strategizing and executing large process transformations.
  • Experience in SAFe, Scrum, Kanban, and Lean Methodologies.
  • Experience in defining and implementing secure development processes and practices.
  • Experience in defining and implementing quality management processes and practices.
  • Experience in driving compliance for industry standards such as ISO Standards, TISAX, etc.
  • Experience in facing audits and driving audit remediations.
  • Ability to analyze and think quickly and to resolve conflict.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and mentoring skills.
  • Ability to work with and lead a team.
  • Ability to adapt to a changing environment.

Qualifications

              

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a relevant field preferred.
  • 8 years experience as a Process Analyst or in a similar role.
  • Practical experience using agile techniques and frameworks, such as Scrum, and Kanban, to deliver software solutions.
  • Individual must have excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have first-level Scrum Master (PSM I, CSM), Scrum with Kanban (PSK I), or SAFe Agilist (SA) certifications. Preference given to those with advanced certifications such as SAFe Program Consultant (SPC).
  • Nice to have PMI-ACP certification.
  • Nice to have Agile Product Owner certifications (PSPO, CSPO, POPM).
  • Nice to have a Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP) certification.
  • In-depth working knowledge of Jira and Confluence
