ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
 
The mission of the Sales Support Analyst team is to support the Sales Team in all aspects of the operational tasks as part of the sales order process, thereby allowing our sales professionals to concentrate on seeking out new business, new logos and maintaining, and extending existing customer relationships. This role would be remote, with occasional travel to meetings if required. This individual will work with our EMEA-based account managers, across a wide range of market vertical sectors, including industrial, consumer, networking and A&D. 
Interface & Collaboration 
 
Members of the Sales Support Analyst team collaborate with other sales colleagues across the EMEA region including Finance, Export and Legal departments. Some based in the US, on a regular basis to support the Sales Team during the entire sales process life cycle. The main objectives are customer and sales team satisfaction (timely response and resolution of issues). 
 
Responsibilities
  • Support the Sales teams with operational tasks and processes related to sales transactions and customer support. 
  • Collaborate with the Sales teams to prepare quotes and generate proposals using Salesforce CPQ. 
  • Order processing/booking. 
    • Review order documents, book Standard, Renewal, and Services orders, coordinate invoice generation and license information. 
    • Coordinate the resolution of issues with various groups, including Legal, Finance, Credit and Collections, Licensing, and Deal Desk, to ensure proper order fulfillment of non-standard transactions. 
    • Create standard legal documents. 
    • Manage internal processes to ensure compliance with legal and business requirements.  
  • Handle and track customer requests including: 
    • License updates, including addition of new product and updates/upgrades of existing product.  
    • Name changes/assignment of licenses. 
    • Customer documents, including surveys and questionnaires. 
    • Report on products to assist the sales team with pre-sale work and corrections. 
  • Maintain data integrity through consistent quality control practices to ensure accurate information is reflected in both the Sales Force and ORACLE database.

  • Advanced time management skills
  • Fluent English language knowledge, both written and spoken
  • Experience with Excel, Word, MS office, Sales Force/CPQ, Oracle
