Customer Service Coordinator
LaminArt is a design-forward brand of Wilsonart that provides interior design and architectural professionals with an exceptional selection of innovative, design-statement surfaces. LaminArt products are used globally to create sophisticated spaces, primarily in the hospitality industry, including restaurants, entertainment and sports venues, and luxury hotels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Position involves responding to customer requests for orders, pricing, returns, stock checks, etc. Tasks are received in the form of phone calls, and emails from customers to a shared email account. Additionally, because we are a small business within a large company, successful candidates will acclimate well to our “all hands on deck” culture in which we support all facets of the business.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities
As a high-end distributor, customers expect outstanding customer service from order to delivery. Customer service representatives must be exceptionally articulate, personable, and possess a strong attention to detail.
The type of person best suited for the position is someone who establishes an exceptional rapport with customers and teammates. Of specific importance is the ability to work well as a team. The team shares responsibilities and must therefore communicate well. Individuals who are passionate about customer service yet poised in nature, are generally well suited for this role.
Requirements of the Position
High school diploma or equivalent, 2+ years office experience. Customer service, accounting or inventory control experience a plus.
Light work - Tasks involve pushing/pulling, lifting and standing or using force equal to handling materials up to 20 pounds.
