JOB OVERVIEW:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Channel Marketing Manager to lead our channel marketing strategy and execution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of marketing and communication plans for our owned and independent distribution channels.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Develop marketing strategy including campaign content to support product, brand and corporate initiatives to be used in our distribution channels
•Develop and implement repeatable programming relevant to local markets for our owned and independent distribution
•Evolve the strategy for how we work with channel partners to drive greater value
•Be the expert on our distribution channel for corporate Wilsonart functional teams
•Partner with digital marketing and sales team on digital marketing campaigns and demand generation activities
•Partner closely with our distribution leadership and marketing functions to align on business needs
•Develop and execute communication strategy for the distribution channel
QUALIFICATIONS:

QUALIFICATIONS:
•Strong leadership orientation with a high work ethic and energy level.
•High comfort with working in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and ability to quickly grasp complex business environment and concepts and express them clearly.
•Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing programs and supporting tactics.
•Proficiency analyzing data to make informed decisions
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
•Superior project management skills, ability to multi-task and work on tight timelines
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•High comfort with working in a highly ambiguous, fast-paced environment.
•Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and ability to quickly grasp complex business environment and concepts and express them clearly.
•Proven ability to develop and execute strategic marketing programs and supporting tactics.
•Proficiency analyzing data to make informed decisions

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
•Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or related field, equivalent combination of education and experience will be accepted.
•5+ years of experience in marketing preferred
•2+ years of experience in the building products/industry or consumer packaged goods industry preferred
•Experience effectively working in cross-functional teams
•5+ years of experience in marketing preferred
