·       Responsible for accounting and inventory activities and reporting as it relates to manufacturing, operations, inventory, and cost of sales; 

·       Work closely with Manufacturing/Finance/Operations teams to maintain and consistently ensure that proper inventory controls and cycle count procedures are utilized in compliance with policy

·       Collaborate with Manufacturing/Finance/Operations teams so that corrective actions can be implemented if necessary

·       Partner with Manufacturing/Finance/Operations team members to support initiatives for the company, such as Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, reduction of waste, and sustainability

·       Provide proactive financial and inventory guidance, support, and leadership to Manufacturing/Finance/Operations teams

·       Prepares annual plan of product line financial performance; Updates forecast on monthly basis for outlook purposes;

·       Collaborate with Manufacturing/Finance/Operations team to forecast capital needs, prepare/present capital requests, and monitor future capital needs to support the business.

·       Assist Operations Manager and Controller with various financial and inventory reports and analysis as requested.

  • 3+ years of accounting and business experience in a fast paced manufacturing environment
  • Understanding and experience of Oracle System (R12) or similar ERP systems
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to communicate complex data clearly between Wilsonart and Hyundai
  • Ability to analyze financial and inventory data and develop appropriate course of action

·        Good communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work within a team environment.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to communicate well in oral and written forms with all levels of the Wilsonart organization and joint venture partners (Hyundai)
  • Strong analytical, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to establish process controls to achieve financial and inventory requirements.
  • Ability to trouble-shoot problems and resolve with root cause analysis.
  • Ability to establish measurable goals and objectives in support of departmental, plant, and corporate objectives.
  • Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Suite, including Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook






·       Advanced degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent work experience

·       Experience with Oracle preferred

·       Demonstrated experience on Lean Manufacturing teams is preferred
