We’re looking for driven, energetic, growth-minded Business Development Specialists in our Dallas office!  This is a fantastic, entry-level opportunity to launch your career with an established global company and industry leader.  

This is a full-time, in-office position. Relocation assistance is available.

Requirements: 1+ year work experience.  Prior experience in retail sales, hospitality, customer service, call centers, marketing, or related roles is helpful.    

 

AS A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST...

  • You’ll use your knowledge of sales principles, practices, and techniques to prospect for new accounts and business via phone and e-mail.
  • You’ll develop a deep knowledge of our offerings and use it to effectively present our products, services, and features.
  • You’ll use your excellent interpersonal skills to maintain and cultivate lasting relationships with existing accounts. You’ll ensure their needs are met while increasing sales and share positions.
  • You’ll make follow-up calls to existing clients to cross-sell and up-sell, as well as handle inbound prospects and convert them into sales.
  • You’ll develop sales opportunities by researching and identifying potential buying accounts, and maintain and expand our database of prospects.
  • You’ll collaborate with your team to strategize sales approaches.
